NEWEST CLASS: NINJA CAMP

We are excited to kick off our bi weekly Ninja Warrior Kids class for 4 weeks! Kids ages 8 to 12 can join us every Monday and Friday from 11am-12:15pm for Ninja obstacle styled training.

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. I have been to some gyms or classes where you are looked at as an outsider and made to feel like you’re not welcome, but not at Flat-out Fit. You can show up to your first class ever and instantly feel like you have been going there for quite some time. The patrons are friendly, from all fitness levels and provide you both silent and vocal positive motivation so that you can do that extra rep, flip that tire one more time or reach that extra gear. Working out there is fun which, in turn, gives you the extra motivation to keep coming back. I cannot say enough good things about the trainer, Kristen. She is a trainer that TRULY care and will help you in ways that you didn't seem possible. I owe my renewed energy, mobility, and the confidence to tackle things (Tough Mudder or other obstacle runs) to her efforts.
