Kristen Trawitzki

Fitness Director

Kristen comes to the Flat-Out FIT Family with over 25 years of experience in the Group Fitness Industry. She holds several nationally accredited certifications and has her group instructor certification with AFFA. Kristen teaches a wide variety of formats that include TRX, Boot camp, HIIT training, and specializes in corrective exercise training to the local area. She is highly dedicated to her participants and brings the love that she has for fitness to each of her classes and clients.

Suzanne Culotta

Class Instructor

Suzanne Culotta has been involved in sports and fitness her entire life. Driven by challenge with a passion for motivating others, Suzanne has kept fitness a prominent part of her life. With certifications and high-level training in Under Armour Performance Training, TRX, Spinning, National Kettlebell Club, Les Mills Programs and more, she is highly capable of leading any group fitness class. Her passion lies in fitness as she always strives to inspire others in reaching their goals. Suzanne’s training and functional movement philosophies coincide with Flat-Out Fit and she is proud to be a part of the family.

Wendy Banton

Class Instructor

Wendy Banton has over 25 years of experience in the group exercise fitness arena, and over 10 years in the personal fitness trainer industry. Her certifications include an AFAA personal trainer certification and TRX Yoga Flow, among others. She is passionate about teaching others the “what, why and how” of fitness, and encouraging them to strive for their very best in every workout!
